You have fourteen days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused, unopened and with their seal intact; return shipping is at your expense. Unsealed products cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

A hemp product is legal when its Δ⁹-THC is strictly below 0.3%. The threshold, set by the order of 30 December 2021, applies to the finished product, and the variety must be listed in the EU common catalogue. Every Phytogrammes batch states its HPLC-measured Δ⁹-THC.

“120u” refers to a 120-micron sieve. During trichome separation, in ice water or dry, that mesh keeps whole heads and lets finer debris through. A 120u is therefore a selective, solvent-free fraction whose content is read on the batch certificate.

The flower is the dried top of the hemp plant; resin concentrates its trichomes, separated mechanically and then pressed. Weight for weight, resin holds more cannabinoids and terpenes, keeps differently and costs more per gram. Both are legal below 0.3% THC.

A reliable certificate names the laboratory and its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, the batch number and date, then the cannabinoids (CBD, CBDA, Δ⁹-THC, CBG) quantified by HPLC, the terpenes (GC-MS) and contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides). The batch on the certificate must match the one on the pouch.

Yes. Selling and holding hemp products with Δ⁹-THC below 0.3% is legal for adults. Still banned: scheduled synthetic cannabinoids (H4CBD, HHC, THCP…), health claims and, since 15 May 2026, presenting CBD as a food.

A saliva test targets Δ⁹-THC, not CBD. A legal product contains traces of THC, so a test may react depending on quantity and timing. The result depends on the product, the frequency and the device's threshold. We state the measured THC of every batch.

Frozen hash is a resin made by freezing the plant at harvest, then separating the trichomes in ice water, without solvent. The cold preserves volatile terpenes; the texture is soft and the aroma close to the fresh plant.

Piatella (or piattella) is a resin separated in ice water and then cold-cured under vacuum for several weeks. The word comes from the Italian “piatto” (flat). Curing yields a soft, creamy slab with a stable terpene profile, to be kept cold. Its CBD version stays below 0.3% THC.

In an airtight glass jar, away from light, between 10 and 20 °C, at 55 to 62% relative humidity. Avoid the fridge (condensation) and thin plastic. Stored well, a flower keeps its terpenes for several months.

CBD pollen, or dry sift, is the trichome powder obtained by dry-sieving hemp flowers, without water or solvent. Unpressed or lightly pressed, it keeps the batch's terpene profile; its CBD content is measured by HPLC, as for a resin.

15% CBD means 15 grams of cannabidiol per 100 grams of product, measured by chromatography (HPLC) on the batch sold. The figure varies from batch to batch; we show the value of the batch on sale, to one decimal, with no marketing rounding.

CBD (cannabidiol) and CBG (cannabigerol) are two non-psychotropic hemp cannabinoids. CBG is the biochemical precursor of the others and is found in smaller amounts in the mature plant. Both are legal in France below 0.3% THC.

Five things to check: a certificate of analysis per batch, a visible company number and address, a stated and compliant THC content, verifiable buyer reviews, and no health claim whatsoever. A shop that ticks all five documents what it sells.

In 2026 a CBD flower sells for €1.50 to €13 per gram depending on cultivation (outdoor, greenhouse, indoor) and quantity; a resin for €1.20 to €15 per gram depending on the method (pressed, dry sift, ice-o-lator, piatella). Tiers from 10 to 100 g divide the price by 2 to 4.

No. CBD is not psychotropic: it does not produce the effect of THC. A legal product contains under 0.3% THC, an amount not liable to cause intoxication. What “gets you high” in cannabis is Δ⁹-THC.

Within France and the European Union, a legal CBD product (THC below 0.3%) can be carried; keep the original packaging, the invoice and the certificate of analysis. Outside the EU, legality depends on the destination: some countries ban every cannabis product, CBD included.

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds of hemp (myrcene, limonene, β-caryophyllene, linalool, pinene, humulene). They determine the smell and taste of a flower or resin. A laboratory quantifies them by GC-MS; the dominant terpene is named on each product page.

Indoor: grown under artificial light, dense buds, highest price. Greenhouse: under glass, natural light topped up, a middle ground. Outdoor: open field, autumn harvest, lowest price. CBD content depends on the batch, not the growing method: read it on the certificate.

Static hash is a pollen separated dry using static electricity: the trichomes detach from the plant matter and cling to a charged surface. Without water or solvent, the resulting fraction is fine and selective; its content is measured by HPLC on the batch.
