5F-MDMB-PINACA (5F-ADB) - indazole-3-carboxamide, tert-leucinate methyl ester head, 5-fluoropentyl tail. Characterised by Banister et al. (ACS Chem Neurosci 2016): CB1 EC50 ≈ 0.59 nM. The most frequently seized SCRA in Europe 2018-2020 (EUDA reports). Implementing Decision (EU) **2018/1485** extends control. CND **62/8** (March 2019) places it in Schedule II of the 1971 Convention. France: **Decree of 31 March 2017** (NOR AFSP1710288A) - listed in annex IV even before the EU decision.
