Triplo filtrato

Dry sieving first produces a heterogeneous powder: trichome heads, trichome stalks, plant dust. Each additional pass over a finer screen removes some impurities and concentrates the heads — "triple filtered" claims three stages of that refining, and the cousin label "00" (double zero) comes from the same mesh vocabulary as flour grades.

Like most commercial hash labels, it describes an intention more than a standard: nobody certifies the number of passes, and mediocre "triplo" exists. The concrete clues remain colour (blond to light brown for a fresh fine sift), a texture that melts with the warmth of the hand, and above all the batch analysis when one exists.

The principle of staged screening is exactly what the micron scale formalises: a modern "73u-90u" is the instrumented version of artisanal triple filtering.
