On the growing side, the Lemon Macaron flower is grown in open field, living soil, without synthetic pesticides. The flower's bouquet is deeply resinous, β-caryophyllene leading.
Each Lemon Macaron batch is analysed by an independent laboratory under ISO 17025 accreditation. Batch after batch, the flower's analysis file brings together HPLC (cannabinoids), terpenes (GC-MS), heavy metals (ICP-MS) and pesticides (LC-MS/MS). In accordance with the Conseil d'État decision of 29 December 2022, the flower's tetrahydrocannabinol content remains below the 0.3% threshold.
The Lemon Macaron pouch is vacuum-packed to limit oxidation of the terpene profile, far from both light and heat. Humidity held between 55 and 65%.
