CBD hash price per gram: why it runs from 1.90 to 9.95 €

The CBD resins and hash category holds eight CBD-dominant resins sold by the gram, in six tiers: 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 g. They share four price grids. The table gives the price of one gram at each tier, as the product pages displayed it on 23 September 2026.

The order of the curves changes along the way. Piatella is the dearest at 2 g. At 10 g it costs 5.99 € a gram, level with Bubble and below Frozen Hash at 6.49 €. At 50 g, three grids fall within 4 cents of one another. An entry price at 2 g tells you nothing next to a price at 100 g, so always compare at the same tier.

On every grid, a gram bought at 100 g costs 24% of a gram bought at 2 g. The 120u sells at 15.90 € for 2 g and 189.90 € for 100 g. At each tier, the product page displays the reduction as a percentage: 22% at 5 g, 37% at 10 g, 52% at 20 g, 65% at 50 g and 76% at 100 g.

The price of each added gram is the more useful figure. Moving from 50 g (139.90 €) to 100 g (189.90 €) costs 50 € for 50 extra grams, or 1.00 € per gram. Moving from 2 g to 5 g costs 15 € for 3 g, or 5.00 € per gram. Each added gram gets cheaper as you go up. This percentage does not count as a promotion. Article L112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code governs announced price reductions: the reference price must be the lowest charged over the previous thirty days. At 2 g, the grids range from 7.95 to 9.95 €. That spread tracks the production method more closely than the content.

Piatella begins as an ice-water hash cured cold for several weeks, so the material sits in cold storage, unsold, the whole time. Frozen needs a plant frozen straight after harvest and a cold chain maintained until washing. Those two grids start at 9.95 and 8.95 €. The 120u, the Caramelo 120u, the Drysift 90u and the 3x filtered hash start at 7.95 €.

Mesh size governs yield, and the content does not depend on it. In 2023 a Canadian team measured trichome heads 40 to 110 microns in diameter in two cultivars, averaging 75 and 90 microns. A 120-micron bag lets most heads pass and retains the largest ones, clusters and some debris. A narrower mesh window leaves fewer sellable grams from the same quantity of flower. CBD content barely moves across these eight batches, from 14.8% for the 45u to 18.0% for the Piatella. The mesh gives no clue to the content; only the batch analysis states it.

The calculation takes one line: price per gram ÷ batch content written as a fraction. It gives the price of one gram of CBD inside the resin.

At the 2 g tier, the catalogue's Frozen Hash costs 8.95 € and shows 15.0%: 8.95 ÷ 0.150 = 59.7 €. The catalogue's Piatella costs one euro more, at 9.95 €, and shows 18.0%: 9.95 ÷ 0.180 = 55.3 €. The dearer resin per gram is therefore the cheaper one per gram of CBD. The 120u, at 7.95 € and 15.9%, comes to 50.0 €.

The gap grows at the 10 g tier, with Piatella at 33.3 € per gram of CBD and Frozen Hash at 43.3 €. Since the ranking shifts from one tier to the next, compare at the same tier and use the content of the batch on sale.

Keep two more points in mind. Shipping is charged separately, and it weighs heavily on 2 g and barely at all on 100 g. The calculation also compares only the quantity of CBD; taste and texture remain fair reasons to choose one resin over another. The comparison frozen, piatella, 120u, static describes each method. A percentage describes one sample from one batch, measured by a given method; the strain alone does not fix it. Our product pages show a reference profile tied to a batch reference: PG-26-A7E3 for the 120u, PG-26-F1E2 for the Piatella. No laboratory certificate is published there as of 18 October 2026. Base the calculation on this stated content and ignore any figure in a trade name. A new batch may show a different profile, which changes the price per gram of CBD.

That document also settles the legal question. The decree of 30 December 2021 caps Δ⁹-THC in hemp-derived products at 0.30%, and on 29 December 2022 the Conseil d'État overturned the ban on selling raw flowers and leaves.
