The Biscotti flower, greenhouse-grown under sustainable agriculture with natural light supplemented, is worked without synthetic pesticides. The flower's nose is earthy and spicy, carried by myrcene, detailed on the certificate of analysis. The certificate shows 10% CBD. Every Biscotti batch is analysed by an independent laboratory accredited to ISO 17025. The flower's analysis file groups together HPLC (cannabinoids), heavy metals (ICP-MS), pesticides (LC-MS/MS) and terpenes (GC-MS). The tetrahydrocannabinol level of each batch remains strictly below 0.3%, the threshold set by the Conseil d'État on 29 December 2022. A 62% humidity pack accompanies the Biscotti pouch to stabilise humidity, away from light and heat. Store between 10 and 20 °C.
