The Carrot Cake flower, grown in open field, living soil, is worked without synthetic pesticides. The flower's bouquet is fresh and minty, with a clear α-pinene opening. The batch tests at 7% cannabidiol. The Carrot Cake flower batch is analysed by an independent laboratory under ISO 17025 accreditation. Batch after batch, the flower's cannabinoid profile is measured by HPLC, pesticides by LC-MS/MS, heavy metals by ICP-MS and terpenes by GC-MS. Under the Conseil d'État decision of 29 December 2022, the tetrahydrocannabinol content of each batch does not exceed 0.3%. The Carrot Cake pouch is vacuum-packed to limit oxidation of the terpene profile, away from light and heat. Humidity held between 55 and 65%.
